Cocuun secured a contract to deliver whole house retrofit energy efficiency measures on 551 properties with Nottingham City Council from August 2022 through to March 2023. This was in two phases.
Phase One
With a value up to £1,920,000 for LAD 1B, 40 whole house retrofits (WHR) with measures to be installed range including:
- Cavity wall insulation
- Loft insulation
- Room in Roof insulation
- Internal wall insulation
- External wall insulation
- Suspended floor insulation
- Draft proofing.
Phase Two
With a value up to £4,600,000 for LAD 3, 511 properties with the types of measures to be installed range including:
- Cavity wall insulation
- Loft insulation
- Room in Roof insulation
- Internal wall insulation
- External wall insulation
- Suspended floor insulation
- Draft proofing
- Solar PV.
